First time at Moxie NP and I'm sooo happy my root touch with Shirley. Arriving early for my appointment, I was warmly greeted and offered a beverage while I waited. I went on a frigid day when the heating system was being repaired but the salon had many space heaters going that you didn't feel it. The staff made sure clients were comfortable. Shirley was sooo friendly and did a great job. Thanks!

Love Moxie and the girls working there are welcoming and clever. Have had highlights, glaze, cuts, blowouts. Shirley has been excellent. She does a great job at coloring my hair and is always a pleasure to speak to - she is super detailed and is always good at providing tips on how to care/maintain my hair. Highly suggest this hair salon! I wouldn’t consider the service cheap but for the service and output I think the pricing makes sense compared to other salons I’ve been a client of locally and in the city (NYC).

I’ve had such a great experience at this salon and genuinely look forward to my visits each week. The monthly membership is an incredible value for what you receive, and it makes it so easy to maintain regular blowouts without feeling like a splurge. I see Tara weekly and she consistently styles my hair exactly how I like it — she really listens and pays attention to detail, which I appreciate so much. Every staff interaction I’ve had has been warm and positive. I’ve also had wonderful experiences with Frenchie, Amanda, Shirley, and the owner, Melissa — everyone is professional, kind, and welcoming. Shirley even cut my daughter’s bangs recently and did such a sweet, perfect job, which meant a lot to me. The salon itself is always spotless and very clean, which makes the experience feel even more relaxing and professional. I especially appreciated Melissa’s personal outreach when there was a small issue. Moxie in new providence is my favorite! I’ve been to 4 different moxie locations, and Cassondra is the only one who knows how to blow out my curly hair! She does an excellent job and is very friendly. Also, Priscila does amazing makeup! I told her I wanted a natural look and she did exactly that! Perfect location for events to quickly get hair and makeup done. Ask for Cassondra or Priscila!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting your establishment with my daughter to celebrate her 10th birthday, and I must say, it was truly an amazing experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and offered water and coffee, which was a thoughtful touch that added to the overall exceptional customer service we received. The staff, especially the girls who attended to us, were phenomenal and provided outstanding service throughout our visit. The facility was immaculately clean, and everything was just perfect from start to finish. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her nail service, which included gel color options, as well as a makeup session. One of the highlights for me was when we both had our hair braided together, creating a special bonding moment that we will cherish. I cannot thank you enough for the incredible service we received during our visit.
